i am grateful for the location, it was next to a holiday inn with the ayala mall a short walk away. the staff was friendly and helpful, and i appreciated having a 24/7 fitness center nearby. i thought the place was very clean, and the simple room was perfect for my short trip.

i found the location to be VERY convenient, with easy access to a nearby mall. The reception area helped ensure my room had a good view of the city lights. ample parking was available, made things easy for me. The convenience store on the ground floor was definitely a plus.

The location worked WELL for me. It was an easy walk to Ayala Mall. i found the 7/11 next door quite CONVENIENT for quick needs. The staff was also helpful in providing directions.
housekeeping was only done upon request after the third day and the shower drainage was really bad. It overflowed during showers which was not ideal after four days without cleaning. This.

The location is good. It's close to ayala mall. a 7-eleven is right next to the lobby. That was convenient. the linens were clean. the beds were comfortable.
The shower drainage was bad. It overflowed easily. the room wasn't cleaned daily. I had to request it.

The hotel is near ayala mall city. I could walk there easily. a fairly new commercial area surrounds the hotel, so pedestrian walkways are orderly. they provide water refills. That's convenient. i found the cleanliness commendable.
